Through our training support, we equip learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to remove barriers for disabled people and work in inclusive ways. Whether that’s our work with managers, customer service teams, events teams, recruitment teams and HR – we work to ensure different teams understand the role they can play in creating a more inclusive workplace, culture, product or service.

We deliver training to raise awareness of disability across organisations – supporting all employees, whatever their role, to understand why disability matters to business.

We provide the learning recruitment teams need to provide a barrier-free recruitment experience for disabled applicants and effectively make adjustments.

We support managers to understand how to recruit and retain disabled talent and ensure they confidently make adjustments for disabled employees and applicants.

We support customer-facing teams to work and communicate in inclusive ways, remove barriers for their customers and visitors and enable their audience to receive the best experience.
