Senthiya, established in 2018, is a leading name in the field of skill development. With over 60 years of experience in the book publishing business, we have expanded our horizons to empower the youth with skill training. Our mission is to create a skilled workforce that will contribute to India’s growth and development.
We have partnered with leading industry players to provide employment opportunities to our trained candidates in specific trades. Our association with government schemes such as Ddugky, Pmkvy, Nabs Skills, Sankalp, Suryamitra, and SPCWD has helped us to reach out to underprivileged youth and disabled people to provide them with livelihood opportunities through skill training.
At Senthiya, we have successfully trained 1000 candidates in the last 5 years and helped them secure wage employment or self-employment. Our focus is on providing skill training to underprivileged youth and disabled people, enabling them to create opportunities for themselves and their families.
We believe that a skilled workforce is the backbone of any country’s development, and our mission is to contribute to the growth of India by creating a skilled workforce. Our vision is to make India a manufacturing hub by providing skilled labor, which is an essential factor for the growth of the manufacturing industry.

“Change is imminent and we must adapt or face obsolescence. Human history has witnessed the largest disruption caused by the pandemic, dramatically affecting the education system also across the world. However online teaching- a panacea in the crisis - opened great opportunities to reinvent learning and assessment strategies. But how do we go beyond the first steps of change in education? How do we sustain momentum? Whether the pedagogy and curriculum, relevant today will prepare students to play a meaningful role over the next 25 years? We must rise to the challenges posed by several far-reaching trends in education, globally and in India, and bring about a transformation in human consciousness.
Senthiya Multiventures Pvt. Ltd. is on a journey of creating a learning society for sustained and inclusive growth that builds human capital and fosters innovation.
